Books - Crazy Love

I am in the middle of reading Crazy Love by Leslie Morgan Steiner and I can't put the book down. It is a fascinating memoir about Leslie's marriage to a man that was verbally and physically abusive. In the beginning of the book she says something that I think is important: "Then maybe the next time you came across a woman in an abusive relationship, instead of asking why anyone stays with a man who beats her, you'd have the empathy and courage to help her on her way."
