Quilting and cookies

Last night I had the most fun that I have had at my quilting class. It's probably because I spent the whole class talking! I love the women in my class, we spent the evening talking about books we have read, TV shows we like (Mad Men!), and antique shopping. I wish I had friends to talk about books with or maybe I just need to join a book club.

I sewed together that small block pictured above. The colors are pretty wild, so hopefully the quilt comes together when I'm finished.
